Broiled Salmon with Grilled Orange and Fennel Salad recipe/Chocolate Cake Giveaway

Broiled Salmon with Grilled Orange and Fennel Salad
Ingredients:
· 4 6oz cuts of salmon
· 2 blood oranges sliced
· fennel bulb thinly sliced frons( green leafy tops) reserved
· 1/2 cup of olive oil
· Salt and pepper
Rub salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Rub oranges with oil and place on a verry hot grill. Grill oranges until caramelized and grill marks appear and repeat on opposite side. Place oranges and fennel in a bowl and dress with remaining olive oil and salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator. Using a broiler or grill cook the salmon until desired doneness and serve with the salad.
